Information we process

- Order and entitlement information, including product, currency, amount, provider references, and download access.
- Technical and security information such as request identifiers, coarse device information, and hashed or limited network identifiers used to prevent abuse.
- Messages and information you voluntarily submit to support or site tools.
Payments
Payment providers process payment credentials. ShopOneTime stores provider references and verification results needed to confirm an order, but does not store full card numbers.
Why we use information
We use information to provide accounts and downloads, verify and support purchases, secure the service, meet legal obligations, and understand aggregate service performance.
Retention and sharing
