ShopOneTime is operated by SHOPYSQUARE.LTD. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify support of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Products and licenses
Digital products are licensed, not transferred as intellectual property. The product page and any included license state the permitted use. Unless explicitly allowed, you may not resell, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, or share protected downloads.
Prices and payment
Prices and currency appear before checkout. An order is complete only after the payment provider confirms the correct amount, currency, and order reference. We may cancel or refund orders affected by a genuine pricing, fraud, or availability error as permitted by law.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, upload malware, abuse tools, scrape protected content, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be limited to protect users or the platform.
Availability and warranties
We aim to describe products accurately and keep the service available, but temporary interruptions may occur. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Other warranties are limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss and, for a purchased product, the amount paid for that product, to the extent permitted by law.
